2. Types of personal data collected

  • via the contact form;

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

  1. Handling of requests sent via the 'Contact' form.

    Legal basisexecution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6 § 1 lett. b GDPR).

  2. Sending newsletters and promotional communications.

4. Methods of data processing and storage

Processing is carried out by manual and computerised means, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Storage times:

  • Data for replying to contact requests: 24 months since the last interaction.

  • Data for marketing/newsletter purposes: until consent is revoked.

  • Data required for legal obligations: for the terms imposed by the applicable legislation.

5. Provision of data

The provision of data marked as compulsory in the form is necessary in order to process the request; failure to provide such data will make it impossible to provide the requested service. The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional.

6. Data recipients

The data may be communicated to:

  • parties acting in their capacity as data controllers (e.g. hosting providers, email marketing companies);

  • autonomous owners (e.g. public authorities or consultants) when required by law or necessary to protect a right of the owner.

    Under no circumstances will personal data be disseminated.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU

Data may be transferred to third countries for the newsletter service (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent). In this case, the transfer takes place in accordance with Articles 44-49 GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other suitable guarantees.

8. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may exercise, within the limits of the law, the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, opposition, withdrawal of consent) by sending a request to the Data Controller. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
